The cocoa beans in this bar come from La Corporation Tavoliz, a farm located in the municipality of Ciales, in the Central Cordillera, on the island of Puerto Rico. Their aromatic profile evokes toasted nuts and lime. The chocolate has no bitterness, astringency or acidity.
