"Dark Milk" is a milk chocolate with a high cocoa content, making it more flavorful and less sweet than traditional milk chocolate. The cocoa beans in this bar come from Hacienda Victoria, a 500-hectare farm on the west coast of Ecuador. The farm's goal is the preservation of the 'Arriba Nacional' cocoa, once on the brink of extinction. The black tea used to flavor this bar comes from Sri Lanka and is infused here in Canada with bergamot essential oil. This classic combination is known as 'Earl Grey tea". Its addition to this dark milk chocolate enhances the taste with distinct notes of black tea, citrus, and flowers.
