The cocoa beans used to make this bar come from a 500-hectare farm on the west coast of Ecuador. The farm's goal is the preservation of the once endangered "Arriba Nacional" cocoa. This chocolate bar has a good hazelnut taste accentuated with notes of salted caramel brought by the addition of fleur de sel.
