The cacao beans in this bar come from a 500-hectare farm on Ecuador's west coast. The farm's goal is to preserve the once endangered Arriba Nacional cacao. The addition of dried peppermint gives the chocolate a freshness reminiscent of mint tea. Smooth and slightly tangy chocolate
