“Dark Milk” is a milk chocolate with a high cocoa content, therefore tastier and less sweet than the tradicional milk chocolate. The cocoa beans used in this bar come from the Ariari region in central Colombia. The addition of Rings of Fire peppers gives it a spiciness that goes well with its notes of dark caramel and dulce de letche.
