White chocolate is a chocolate made from cocoa butter, cane sugar, and powdered milk. It is traditionally flavored with vanilla and does not contain cocoa solids, which is why it has a pale beige color. In this bar, I flavored it with "Cream Earl Grey" tea. It consists of black tea leaves from Sri Lanka, flavored with bergamot essential oil and vanilla. The chocolate takes on the dark color of black tea but is actually a "white" chocolate with distinct flavors of black tea, citrus, and creamy vanilla.
