"Dark Milk" is a milk chocolate with a high cocoa content, therefore tastier and less sweet than traditional milk chocolate. The cocoa beans in this bar come from a 500-hectare farm in Ecuador whose objective is the preservation of the "Arriba Nacional" cocoa, once endangered. Chocolate with a taste of roasted hazelnuts with touches of dulce de letche brought by the roasting of whole milk powder.
