"Dark Milk" is a milk chocolate with a high cocoa content, therefore tastier and less sweet than traditional milk chocolate. The cocoa beans in this bar come from the Kokoa Kamili cooperative in the Kilombero Valley in Tanzania. This cooperative ferments and dries the beans from 1,500 small farms. The aromatic profile of the beans evokes caramel, raisins and candied orange. This Dark Milk has a good caramel taste that is both milky and fruity.
