The cocoa beans in this bar come from a 500 hectare farm on the west coast
from Ecuador. The objective of the farm is the preservation of the "Arriba Nacional" cocoa, formerly
endangered. Low acidity chocolate, with a taste of toasted hazelnut and banana.
