The cacao beans in this bar come from Hacienda Morumbi, a 150-hectare farm in the Meta department of Colombia. Fifty hectares are planted with cacao, while the remaining 100 hectares are protected by a native forest and an environmental policy. Excellent harvesting and fermentation processes, combined with the finest Colombian bean varieties, result in an aromatic cacao with notes of lemon, plum, and roasted nuts.
