The cocoa beans in this bar come from the Kokoa Kamili cooperative in the Kilombero Valley of Tanzania. This cooperative ferments and dries beans from 1,500 small farms.
The aromatic profile of the beans evokes caramel, raisins, and candied orange. The cocoa butter also comes from this cooperative and contributes to enhancing the citrus and brown sugar notes.
