The cocoa beans in this bar come from the Kokoa Kamili cooperative in the Kilombero Valley in Tanzania. This cooperative dries the beans from 1,500 small farms. The aromatic profile of the beans evokes caramel, raisins and candied orange. The chocolate shows a bright citrus acidity and a lovely silky texture in the mouth.
