The cocoa beans in this bar come from the Kokoa Kamili cooperative in the Kilombero Valley in Tanzania. This cooperative ferments and dries the beans from 1,500 small farms.
The aromatic profile of the beans evokes caramel, raisins and candied orange. The cocoa butter also comes from this cooperative and helps to enhance the notes of citrus and brown sugar.
